Overview

Slab Formwork (WF) is a panel-prop concrete formwork system with an early-stripping mechanism. It provides a systematic and modular formwork solution to the construction of beam and slab structural elements and suits generally all in-situ construction methods and conditions.

WF is the most productive formwork system, particularly for big-span flat slab structures.  Minimal labour is required to work in a small team of three to four people to erect the formwork system.

The aluminium panel (with embedded plywood board) is lifted vertically to hang onto the hooks of the stripping prop head. With the top end pivoted, workers then swing up the other end of the panel easily with additional steel prop until the panel is in position.
